Dr. Rachana Kulkarni spoke on October 1st at the World Congress on Clinical, Preventive Cardiology & Imaging in India about Go Red For Women - A movement that changed the course of Heart Disease in Women in the United States.

The conference was attended by cardiologists in India and many different countries including USA, Australia, UK, Bangladesh, UAE, Egypt etc

The 12th World Congress on Clinical, Preventive Cardiology & Imaging (WCCPCI)- 2017 (WCCPCI 2017) was organized by the World Heart Academy (WHA), International Society of Cardiovascular Ultrasound, USA (ISCU), World Wellness Foundation (WWF) and American Association of Cardiologists of Indian Origin, USA (AACIO), Indian Academy of Echocardiography (IAE), CSI Delhi Branch, ASSOCHAM and SCOPE. The event was held from September 30th – October 1st, 2017 at Hotel Radisson Blu, Airport Road, Amritsar, Punjab, India.

This conference was created to highlight and share the explosive growth of knowledge in the field of clinical, preventive, cardiology, Imaging, electrophysiology, echocardiography intravascular ultrasound, interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery. As heart disease continues to be a daunting problem worldwide, preventive strategies, early diagnosis and meticulous follow-up of patients with advances in cardiology will help to improve patient care.
